SYMBIOTIX: BIOSCIENCE CLUB
Where STEM happens!
The purpose of Symbiotix: Bioscience Club is to create an interactive interface between the different disciplines of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (S.T.E.M.). There are four main focal points of the club: Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Genetics, and Organismal Biology (Macrodiversity). The significance of the name "Symbiotix" comes from a take on the prefix "sym-" which stands for togetherness, and "biotics" (now biotix) which relates to results from living things, especially in their ecological relations.
We meet in CFS 91126 every other Tuesday at 5:30 pm
